Why can’t I log in with my Gmail, Microsoft, or Apple account?

If your Gmail or Microsoft account is a business account, your organization’s settings may block access to the Eforto app.

If your business e-mail doesn’t work, send an account update request to connect@eforto.com including:

  • Eforto® Device serial number.

  • Your site or organization (e.g. company/hospital)

  • Current Gmail/Microsoft/Apple e-mail.

  • New Gmail/Microsoft/Apple e-mail you wish to use.
