Why can’t I log in with my Gmail, Microsoft, or Apple account?
If your Gmail or Microsoft account is a business account, your organization’s settings may block access to the Eforto app.
If your business e-mail doesn’t work, send an account update request to connect@eforto.com including:

Eforto® Device serial number.

Your site or organization (e.g. company/hospital)

Current Gmail/Microsoft/Apple e-mail.

New Gmail/Microsoft/Apple e-mail you wish to use.
If you don’t have another e-mail address, you can create one for free from here:

Gmail: Create a Google Account

Microsoft: Create a Microsoft Account

Apple: Create an Apple Account
Note: A future update will allow the use of all email types, including business addresses.
