What to do if the app cannot find my Eforto® Device?

Please find these guidance tips:

  • Ensure the Eforto® Device is ON (blinking blue light).
  • Verify it’s charged: The LED should be blue, not orange.
  • Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
  • Confirm Bluetooth permissions setting are enabled for the Eforto app 
  • Do not pair manually: connect the device only through the Eforto® App.

If it still doesn’t work, try another smartphone or tablet. If the issue continues, contact connect@eforto.com
