How do I get an activation code for the Eforto® App?

- For Regular App subscription (Eforto® App without data storage to the Eforto® Metrics platform), you should send an account creation request to connect@eforto.com. The request to create an account should include the following information:

• The serial number of the Eforto® Device.

• The site to which you belong (i.e., the company/hospital/etc.)

• The Gmail/Microsoft/Apple e-mail that you want to use for your account.

- For Pro App subscriptions (with data storage to the Eforto® Metrics platform), accounts are created by your project or site manager.
